I help ambitious social enterprises seeking maximum impact and willing to invest actively.
Recent years, in the Western world, I see many companies reaching their growth limits, retreating governments insufficiently shaping above mentioned themes and a workforce increasingly seeking for meaning in work and life. I am convinced that social enterprises, with their fighting spirit, will unprecedentedly impact the worldwide societal playing field. This significantly contributes to sustainably securing basic needs for every world citizen and the transition to a sustainable environment for every inhabitant.
Luckily I was able to fully utilize this privilege and am now able to serve others who simply deserve these kind of privileges as well. I started my career as an IT-organisation consultant and later as a manager in a large corporate. Too bad, after loads of doubt and some stress I stranded in this profit-driven sphere along with some of my peers. Somethings had to change, starting with myself. I started a journey of discovery with a coach and it became clear to me: I will contribute to social impact with my strengths as a social and passionate organiser and consultant.
As a consultant I experienced several organisations from the inside. With the optimum use of digital means I helped them to achieve the best with its people . Afterwards, from a management role I was responsible for several business-IT projects and two IT operations teams after attending a two-year IT Management Traineeship. This taught me to make projects manageable and achievable, to bring back cooperation to its core and to help organisations within the triangle of ‘people-organisation-technology’. I am authentic and autonomous, which is proven by my drive to help various people and organisations from the heart. I help from a contemplative attitude and contagious humor to make the world a better place in every situation.
My goal is a human-centered world, in which every professional works with pleasure and makes a significant contribution to a socially stable world.
I believe we are at the onset of a transition from a profit-driven economy to an economy rich in purpose and meaning and focused on social wellbeing, ecological sustainability, fighting poverty and labour participation.
As an individual grown up in a safe environment and able to attend several educations I am highly privileged in comparison to a large part of my fellow world citizens. A highly contingent privilege that is not or difficult accessible for the world’s majority.
At the moment when every world citizen is fully developed up to the top of Maslow’s pyramid this human dimension is at center stage. Social entrepreneurship is a prerequisite in achieving this objective and that is why I heartily help you and your organisation with increasing the social impact.
